About the Company:
We provide a platform for connecting customers with professional construction estimators, ensuring projects are accurately and efficiently managed.
What are the main functions?
Support the executive team with daily operations, focusing on calendar management, communication, and workflow coordination.
Executive Support
- Manage schedules, communications, travel, and meeting materials.
- Serve as liaison between executives and teams.
Operations
- Streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate teams.
Research
- Research industry trends, analyze data, and prepare briefs.
Reporting
- Create and present regular KPI and project reports.
Project Management
- Plan, track, and deliver projects (including potential social media work).
We are looking for:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Background in customer support and/or marketing roles.
- Excellent knowledge of English with minimal accent.
- Proactive and communicative, able to grasp tasks quickly.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling high-level executive tasks.
Other Preferences:
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in executive support, customer support, and marketing.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Willing to take on various tasks as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
