Zipdev is looking for a Finance Specialist to join our client’s team on a Fractional basis (10 Hours per Week)!
We’re seeking a highly reliable and proactive Fractional Finance Specialist to support the financial operations of multiple business and personal entities. This is a strategic, long-term opportunity to become a trusted financial partner to the leadership team behind multiple high-growth ventures.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee financial operations across:
Three separate companies.
Two households.
Create and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accuracy.
Monitor cash flow and proactively flag issues or opportunities.
Prepare reports and financial insights to support leadership decisions.
Reconcile accounts and oversee bookkeeping functions.
Liaise with accountants, tax advisors, and other financial professionals as needed.
Recommend and implement financial tools or process improvements.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and data integrity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and think strategically.
- High integrity and discretion with sensitive financial data.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Excel and financial tools (QuickBooks or similar).
- Tech-savvy; comfortable learning and using new platforms.
- Prior experience working with executives, entrepreneurs, or high-trust roles preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. Notion, Power BI, Zapier, etc.)
- Familiarity with U.S. or international financial reporting
