Responsibilities:
Answer customer queries via phone, email or chat, building customer trust through empathetic personalized conversations
Strive for first call resolution and taking true ownership of customer needs and issues, engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Actively listening to their concerns, offering support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies.
Native/near-native level of French
At least B2 level in English
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
Problem-solver, Active listener
