Close Sales Deals: Execute effective closing strategies to convert leads and prospects into satisfied customers.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products/services to address customer queries and concerns effectively.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting sales targets.

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align sales strategies and optimize the customer experience.

Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on customer interactions and sales experiences.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets using CRM software.

Account Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Identify opportunities for account growth and drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product, ensuring optimal satisfaction. Requirements:

Minimum of 3- 4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of successfully closing deals.

Proven work experience as a Sales Closer, Account Manager, or relevant role. Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and closing deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
