  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
  • Create reports and dashboards with actionable insights to functional business owners
  • Collaborate with external consultants on more complex development solutions requiring Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components
  • Perform other administrative tasks and assist with projects as assigned.

Who You Will Report To:

  • Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Celigo, Zapier) and ETL tools
  • Experience working in a regulated or healthcare/life sciences environment is a strong plus
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Work location: Remote (US-based)
  • Travel: 5% travel required
  • Full-time employment position

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and data architecture concepts.
