Join us to create a new and better aging experience for our clients, their families, and our Care Professionals.

About the Role:

As Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition you will lead, scale, and elevate our hiring function. You’ll own the full lifecycle of recruiting and lead a high-performing team responsible for hiring across Honor. Driving a high-quality, high-velocity hiring engine, you’ll partner closely with leadership across the business to ensure we’re attracting the right talent at the right time to fuel our next chapter of growth.

About the Team:

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team sits at the forefront of Honor’s growth, responsible for finding, engaging, and hiring the exceptional talent that powers the company’s mission. The TA team operates as strategic thought partners to the business — deeply embedded within the functions they support and committed to delivering a high-quality, inclusive experience for every candidate and hiring manager.

As a Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition, you will:

  • Lead and scale Honor’s TA function, with end-to-end ownership of team leadership, process optimization, and strategic hiring initiatives
  • Develop and drive a clear TA charter and philosophy that defines how Honor attracts, engages, and evaluates talent — establishing a unified approach to sourcing, assessment, and decision-making aligned with our values and long-term vision
  • Build and scale a distributed team with a focus on operational excellence, performance accountability, and continuous growth
  • Partner closely with functional leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and craft targeted, high-impact recruiting strategies
  • Elevate candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects our values and brand
  • Define and drive recruiting KPIs (e.g., time to hire, passthrough rates, sourcing outreach, quality of hire) setting and tracking key hiring metrics, driving accountability across the hiring process
  • Continuously raise the bar by ensuring every hire meets our high standards—driving rigor in hiring decisions, calibrations, and interviewer training to build a consistently exceptional team.
  • Drive ongoing improvements across recruiting infrastructure — from tools and workflows to interview frameworks and enablement — ensuring scalability, speed, and hiring excellence.

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 15+ years of experience in TA / Recruiting, including at least 7  years leading and scaling a high-performing recruiting team
  • Proven success hiring across technical, corporate, and executive roles in a, high-growth environment
  • A strong balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution — embodying Fly High, Dive Deep by setting long-term direction while actively driving day-to-day results
  • A data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of recruiting analytics, funnel health, and performance levers
  • Expertise across full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing strategy, structured interviews, and scalable, high-quality processes
  • Passion for building inclusive teams and embedding equity throughout every stage of the hiring journey
  • The ability to operate as a trusted partner to executives — bringing thoughtfulness, clarity, and influence to high-stakes talent decisions

The annual base  salary range for this role is $230,000 to $255,000.  Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

Base pay is just one part of our total rewards program.  Honor offers equity and 401K with up to a 4% match.  We provide medical, dental and vision coverage including a zero cost plan for employees.  Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance are fully employer paid with a voluntary additional Life Insurance option.  We offer a generous time off program, Employee Assistance Program.

At Honor, we put people first. Our leadership culture is guided by Leadership Principles that prioritize integrity, compassion, and excellence. We offer a unique opportunity to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact no matter your role.
