Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design
- Excellent visual, verbal, UI, and interaction skills
- Well-rounded, comprehensive experience designing interactive products
- Passion to deliver customer delight
- Experience with frontend frameworks, developer tooling, and managed infrastructure
- Production code (React, Next.js) is a plus
- Animation experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Report to our Director of Product Design and help Vercel further its core product and enter new markets through design and engineering partnership
- Contribute to the design process from gathering requirements, and delivering visual specifications, to overseeing implementation
- Set the creative bar for evolving design projects
- Establish guidelines and ensure they are enforced
- Collaborate with growth, content, and engineering teams, across the full customer lifecycle
- Create, and iterate flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals (including strategic decks and presentations)
- Work closely with engineers and other partners to ensure a high-quality implementation
- Craft high quality work, inspire those around you, and help establish a design culture within the company
