Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, working with a technical product/dev tooling environment
- Experience working within an early stage startup environment
- Strong technical background and understanding of SaaS architecture and development processes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Data-driven mindset and experience in using data to inform product decisions
Responsibilities
- Championing the creation of a delightful user experience by identifying user flows that resonate with our target audience
- Usability Enhancement: Continuously improve the usability of our product, using your expertise to make it more user-friendly and efficient
- Creating clarity out of ambiguity and be able to make non-data driven decisions
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market differentiation
- Creating detailed product specifications, user stories, and other documentation to guide the development team
- Building strong client relationships by actively seeking feedback and providing product updates, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
