Overview:
Precisely is seeking a strategic and visionary senior leader to develop, lead, and execute our global ecosystem strategy. This individual will be responsible for building and scaling a cohesive partner ecosystem encompassing channel and resale, OEM, global system integrators (GSIs), and global technical partners. This leader will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and driving customer success through a integrated partner approach that complements our direct selling motion.
What you will do:
Ecosystem Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global ecosystem strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
- Define the value proposition, engagement models, and go-to-market strategies for each ecosystem segment: channel/resale, OEM, GSIs, and technology partners.
- Identify and prioritize strategic partners and alliances across geographic regions and product segments.
Partner Engagement & Development
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing global team to recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners.
- Establish executive relationships with key partners to drive joint business planning, co-innovation, and co-selling.
- Create programs and frameworks that enable partner success, including enablement and certifications, product integration and synergies, and marketing collaboration.
Revenue Growth & Operational Excellence
- Define and track KPIs to measure partner performance, influence on revenue, and ecosystem impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and revenue operations to ensure ecosystem initiatives are aligned and integrated.
- Drive scalable processes to support ecosystem growth globally.
Market Leadership & Innovation
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform ecosystem strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and executive briefings to elevate thought leadership and brand visibility.
What we are looking for:
- 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel or alliance leadership, business development, or related roles, with a track record of building global partner ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise sales, OEM models, GSI engagement, and technology partner integration.
- Proven ability to drive revenue through indirect routes to market and complex partnership structures.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level.
- Data-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Global experience is preferred.
