We are seeking an experienced HR Help Desk | Talent Success Lead to oversee and optimize our talent support processes, ensuring excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic mindset, hands-on leadership skills, and a strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a multicultural team of 4 members, fostering a collaborative culture and driving high performance to deliver exceptional support for talents globally.
Project and Process Management: Manage and continuously improve HR processes and projects to ensure alignment with business needs, driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
Core Processes Oversight:
- Oversee talent transitions between different clients, ensuring a seamless and compliant process.
- Manage the offboarding process and related requests, maintaining a positive talent experience and ensuring proper documentation.
- Conduct payroll audits and simulation checks, ensuring accuracy and compliance in payroll processing.
Technology and Innovation: Drive improvements in the current support processes by implementing automations and technology solutions to increase agility and enhance day-to-day operations.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the standardization of support procedures, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and quality across all HR support activities.
Payroll Accuracy: Perform regular audits to verify time tracking and payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance for all team members.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to maintain the integrity and accuracy of talent data across all HR systems and platforms.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading HR operations teams and projects.
- Strong expertise in process optimization and standardization.
- Experience with HR systems and platforms, including AI-based solutions.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
- Attention to detail, especially in data accuracy and compliance.
- Experience in remote and fast-paced environments.
- Adaptability to an environment that changes frequently based on business needs.
