Independent Contractor – [Business Support VA/ Entry - Senior Level] (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and bilingual (English–Spanish) Virtual Assistant to support outbound lead outreach for one of the nation’s leading mortgage companies. The primary objective of this role is to contact warm leads, re-engage prospects from multiple lead sources, and set qualified appointments for licensed loan officers. Occasional cold-calling may be necessary depending on the lead pool being worked.
This role focuses on increasing conversion rates from an existing lead pool, including older leads and newly acquired opportunities, by providing consistent, professional follow-up.
Possible bonus opportunities for appointment setting and/or converted leads may be available based on performance.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Outbound Prospect Outreach
Conduct outbound calls to warm leads across various lead sources.
Engage prospects in clear, professional English or Spanish depending on lead language preference.
Follow structured scripts and protocols to ensure consistent messaging.
Communicate value propositions and determine interest level for mortgage consultations.
Appointment Setting
Qualify prospects according to provided criteria.
Schedule appointments for or warm-transfer directly to licensed loan officers.
Confirm appointment details and ensure accurate handoff.
CRM & Data Management
Update and maintain detailed notes within LOAI CRM.
Track outreach attempts, outcomes, and follow-ups.
Ensure all interaction data is recorded accurately and consistently.
Utilize CRM autodialer features (training provided).
Follow-Up & Nurturing
Re-engage older warm leads and previously unresponsive prospects.
Maintain consistent touchpoints to maximize conversion opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting
Provide daily or weekly outreach summaries as required.
Communicate proactively with the client regarding lead trends or insights.
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).
Excellent verbal communication skills; must be clear, concise, and confident.
Accent Level A–B (native or near-native).
Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or customer engagement roles.
Prior CRM experience (any platform) required; Loan Officer CRM AI training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail, especially in note-taking and CRM documentation.
Reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working with targets or quotas.
Mortgage or real estate background not required, but a plus.

- CRM Systems: Any CRM experience required; LOAI CRM training provided
- Communication: Phone system/autodialer tools (training provided)
- Documentation & Tracking: Google Workspace, Excel, or similar
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 - 40 hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday to Friday I would be open to someone who is able/willing to work Saturdays and take a day of the week off (like Fridays or Mondays)
- Daily Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST / 11:00AM - 8:00PM EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
