Title: CPT-11219 Senior Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – CPT-11219 Senior Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant/marketing VA/Senior-Advanced Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

A physician-founded healthcare technology company is preparing to launch a new mobile application focused on evidence-based bone health education and patient engagement. The company is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant to lead its day-to-day marketing execution and digital presence.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of social media management, content planning, competitor research, and community engagement while helping execute the company’s marketing strategy. This role is intended to serve as the primary marketing resource, with the opportunity to expand into a larger marketing team as the business grows.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Social Media Management

  • Manage the company’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and other appropriate platforms
  • Assist with management of the founder’s personal social media accounts
  • Develop and maintain a rolling 30-day content calendar
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content across all platforms
  • Monitor comments, messages, and engagement
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels

Content Creation

  • Design graphics and marketing assets using Canva or similar software
  • Create social media posts, reels, and promotional content
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media assets
  • Assist with maintaining an organized content library

Video & Podcast Support

  • Edit short-form videos for social media
  • Assist with podcast editing and publishing
  • Create clips for promotional use across multiple channels
  • Support YouTube content organization and publishing

Market Research

  • Research competitors and industry trends
  • Identify successful content strategies and marketing opportunities
  • Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements
  • Help identify opportunities to improve audience growth and engagement

Platform Content Support

  • Assist with updating educational content within the company’s application platform
  • Upload and organize approved content
  • Help maintain an engaging user experience
  • Coordinate updates as new content becomes available

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Experience managing business social media accounts
  • Experience creating content calendars and executing marketing campaigns
  • Graphic design experience (Canva or similar)
  • Video editing experience for short-form content and podcasts
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools
  • Market research and competitor analysis experience
  • Healthcare or wellness marketing experience is a plus

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and content marketing
  • Comfortable managing multiple marketing channels simultaneously
  • Organized with excellent project management skills
  • Strong written English communication
  • Able to take ownership of day-to-day marketing execution while collaborating closely with the client

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
  • Daily Working Time: 8AM - 5PM (with 1 hour lunch)

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 hours/week
  • Daily Working Time: 8AM - 5PM (with 1 hour lunch)

  • REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined
  • Number of VAs: 1
  • GENDER PREFERENCE: None
  • LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English
  • ACCENT PREFERENCE: Level A-C (Strong Written & Verbal English preferred)
