Title: CPT-10948 Lead Generation & Outreach Marketing Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA / Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to support lead generation and outreach efforts for a growing consulting and leadership platform.

The primary objective of this role is to drive user acquisition and platform visibility by identifying, engaging, and converting professionals and influencers into platform subscribers.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled in LinkedIn outreach, lead research, and email marketing, with the ability to execute campaigns independently while following client direction.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Lead Generation & Research

  • Identify and build targeted lead lists from:
    • LinkedIn (primary platform)
    • Instagram and other relevant platforms
  • Research professionals in:
    • Leadership
    • Digital marketing
    • Business consulting
  • Gather accurate contact details (email, profiles, etc.)
  • Maintain organized lead databases

Outreach & Engagement

  • Execute outreach campaigns via:
    • LinkedIn messaging
    • Email marketing
  • Contact influencers and professionals to:
    • Promote the platform
    • Encourage collaboration or exposure
  • Personalize outreach messages based on lead research
  • Conduct follow-ups to maximize response rates

Campaign Support

  • Assist in setting up and executing email campaigns
  • Track outreach performance and engagement metrics
  • Suggest improvements to messaging and targeting strategies
  • Support implementation of lead magnets or promotional offers

Reporting & Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of:
    • Leads generated
    • Outreach activities
    • Responses and conversions
  • Provide weekly performance reports
  • Track progress toward subscriber growth goals

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–4+ years experience in:
    • Lead generation
    • Sales development
    • Digital marketing outreach
  • Strong experience with:
    • LinkedIn outreach (required)
    • Email marketing campaigns
  • Excellent research and data gathering skills
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Ability to personalize and adapt messaging
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE / REQUIRED TOOLS

Lead Generation & Outreach:

  • LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
  • Email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, or outreach tools)

CRM / Tracking:

  • Google Sheets / Excel
  • CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar – a plus)

Communication:

  • Google Workspace
  • Slack or similar tools (if implemented)

CLIENT INDUSTRY:

Consulting / Leadership Development / Digital Platform (Subscription-Based Community)

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
  • Daily Working Time: Flexible within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours/week (scalable to 40 hours)
  • Daily Working Time: Flexible within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
  • Number of VAs: 1
  • GENDER PREFERENCE: None
  • LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English
  • ACCENT PREFERENCE: Level A–C (Good English communication required)
  • REGION PREFERENCES: Any
