CPT-10392 Marketing & Content Virtual Assistant (Social Media, Video Editing & Content Repurposing)
Independent Contractor – [Marketing VA /Jinior - Senior Level] (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a creative, aligned, and highly organized Marketing & Content Virtual Assistant to support a growing personal brand, podcast, and digital course business centered around leadership, relational coherence, and heart-centered living.
This role is ideal for someone who can act as a one-person marketing support team—handling content editing, repurposing, scheduling, and organization—so the founder can focus on creation, message delivery, and course development.
The role will begin part-time (10 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow as the brand, content library, and digital products expand
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Content & Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms
- Repurpose podcast and recorded content into multiple formats:
- Reels / Shorts
- Social clips
- YouTube video content
- Support podcast-to-video repurposing workflow
- Ensure content aligns with brand voice, tone, and messaging
- Maintain emotional integrity and message clarity (not over-commercialized content)
Content Repurposing & Distribution
- Turn long-form content into:
- Social posts
- Video snippets
- Short clips
- Promotional content
- Organize and manage growing content library
- Create structured content sequences and posting plans
- Support content batching and scheduling systems
Social Media Support
- Schedule posts across platforms
- Assist with platform presence growth (YouTube + social platforms)
- Maintain consistency in brand presentation and visual identity
- Support content rollout strategy (organic first, paid later)
Brand & Messaging Support
- Help structure content flow and sequencing
- Support alignment between message, visuals, and tone
- Assist in organizing content in a way that reflects:
- Authenticity
- Emotional intelligence
- Coherence
- Relational leadership values
- Collaborate on messaging delivery (not just technical execution)
Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in regular check-ins and content planning sessions
- Provide progress updates and workflow transparency
- Adapt to a calm, non-rushed, heart-centered working style
- Act as a long-term support partner, not just task executor
Tools & Platforms
- CapCut – video editing
- Canva – design & content assets
- Riverside – podcast recordings
- YouTube content support
- Social media scheduling platforms (experience preferred)
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Video editing experience (short-form & long-form)
- Content repurposing experience
- Social media content structuring
- Digital content organization
- Scheduling & content planning
- Platform understanding (YouTube, short-form platforms)

Experience Level
- Junior to Senior level
- Minimum 2+ years experience in:
- Content marketing
- Video editing
- Social media management
- Preference for candidates who understand modern content trends and digital storytelling

Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 10 hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: Flexible, London Time.
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
