CPT-10676 Marketing & Webinar Support Virtual Assistant
Independent Contractor – [Marketing VA /Senior - Advanced Level | Philippine-based] (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
Example: A strategic growth consulting firm is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a short-term data cleanup project within HubSpot CRM. This role involves auditing and cleansing existing contact and company records to enhance data accuracy, segmentation, and future automation capabilities. The position is project-based with potential for additional work after the initial scope is completed.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Email Marketing + Automation
- Build, format, QA, and schedule newsletters, nurture sequences, and webinar email flows
- Support segmentation, tagging, and list hygiene
- Track basic performance metrics (open rate, CTR)
Webinar Campaign Coordination (High Priority)
- Support landing pages, registration flows, reminders, and follow-ups
- Coordinate promo timelines, assets, and post-webinar workflows (recording + lead handoff)
Content + LinkedIn Execution
- Maintain content calendars and consistent publishing cadence (LinkedIn-first)
- Repurpose long-form content into posts, carousels, emails, and webinar promos
- Monitor engagement and flag opportunities
Lead Gen + Outreach Support
- Assist with LinkedIn/email outreach, sequencing, and light personalization
- Support lead list sourcing/enrichment and track responses
Creative + Asset Support
- Create basic graphics and marketing assets using templates (social, webinar promos, email visuals)
- Coordinate with designers when needed
- Light CRM
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
- Experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content and outreach strategies
- Experience supporting webinars or online campaigns
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and tracking data
- Excellent written English communication skills
Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday
- Daily Working Time: 10am - 3pm EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
