Title: CPT-10994 Outbound Marketing & CRM Management Virtual Assistant
Independent Contractor – Marketing VA / Senior Level (Remote).
Overview
20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support outbound marketing efforts and CRM management for a construction advisory firm and its affiliated real estate investment business.
This role focuses on executing structured outreach campaigns via email and LinkedIn, maintaining CRM data integrity, and supporting lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate is process-driven, experienced with HubSpot, and capable of maintaining a professional U.S. business tone in all communications.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Scope of Services
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Outbound Email Campaign Management
Execute outbound email campaigns using pre-built templates and contact lists
Segment campaigns by target audience (developers, brokers, property owners, investors, etc.)
Customize messaging based on recipient type while maintaining consistency
Ensure timely and accurate campaign execution
Email & Messaging Execution
Send and manage daily outreach emails
Personalize messaging where appropriate
Maintain a professional and polished U.S.-based communication style
Monitor responses and organize follow-ups
CRM Management (HubSpot)
Maintain and update CRM pipelines in HubSpot
Track all outreach activities (email, LinkedIn, responses)
Keep contact records clean, structured, and up to date
Add and organize new contacts consistently
LinkedIn Outreach
Execute connection requests and follow-up messaging campaigns
Track outreach activity and engagement
Maintain organized tracking systems for LinkedIn efforts
Align LinkedIn outreach with email campaigns
Lead Generation & Research (Required)
Research and identify qualified prospects:
Real estate developers
Commercial brokers
Investors
Property owners
Engineers / design professionals
Build and verify contact lists (email + LinkedIn)
Add approximately 50–150 qualified contacts per week
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
Skills
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
2–4+ years experience in marketing support, lead generation, or outreach roles
Strong experience with CRM platforms ( HubSpot preferred)
Experience with:
Email marketing tools
LinkedIn outreach strategies
Excellent written English with professional U.S. tone
Strong English communication skills (clarity and proficiency prioritized over accent)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to follow structured systems and meet daily/weekly targets
Self-starter with strong time management skills

Work Schedule
- Contracted Hours per Week: 20 Hours
- Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
- Daily Working Time: Flexible (no strict preference) EST
Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
Terms of Engagement
- Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
- This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
- All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
