CPT-10890 Social Media Cleanup & Marketing Support Virtual Assistant

Independent Contractor – [Marketing VA/Entry Level] (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a social media cleanup and rebranding project across multiple platforms.

The primary objective of this role is to audit, edit, and update existing social media content to remove previous company branding while preserving engagement history and advertising data (including Meta pixel integrity).

This is an initial project-based role with the potential to evolve into a long-term position involving content creation, social media management, and digital marketing support.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

  • 1. Social Media Cleanup & Content Editing
    • Review and audit existing posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
    • Edit captions to remove or replace old company references with personal branding
    • Crop or modify images to remove logos or branded elements
    • Ensure consistency in tone and messaging across all platforms
    • Maintain accuracy while preserving post engagement and history
  • 2. Platform Management
    • Navigate and manage Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram)
    • Update LinkedIn profiles (personal and business as needed)
    • Ensure all updates align with current branding goals
  • 3. Data Preservation & Awareness
    • Follow instructions carefully to avoid disrupting Meta pixel tracking
    • Maintain integrity of past advertising efforts and engagement data
    • Flag any uncertainties before making changes that could affect analytics
  • 4. Future Marketing Support (Potential Growth Phase)
    • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling
    • Engage with followers (comments, messages, basic community management)
    • Support paid advertising efforts (Meta ads)
    • Assist with basic marketing tasks as directed

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Entry to Junior-level experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Basic image editing skills (cropping, simple edits)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to learn basic marketing concepts (e.g., Meta pixel, ads)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Meta Business Suite or social media tools
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising or analytics
  • Experience supporting real estate or mortgage-related businesses

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 20 hours/week
  • Daily Working Time: 8 AM-12 PM EST
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday-Friday
  • REPORTING TO/POC: To Be Determined
  • Number of VAs: 1
  • GENDER PREFERENCE: None
  • LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English (Spanish is a strong Plus)
  • ACCENT PREFERENCE: Near Native
  • REGION PREFERENCES: Philippines
