Key Responsibilities
- Ideate and lead execution of the creative for all 2K Sports social media channels (e.g., X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Direct and manage the content creation pipeline, ensuring all assets are high-quality, on-brand, and optimized for native platform performance.
- Oversee and define the visual and editorial tone for all communications, maintaining consistency across multiple sports franchises.
- Collaborate with the creative studio or external agencies, providing clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing, Production, and Community teams to ensure social creative aligns with overall marketing goals and game updates.
- Work together with the social and influencer strategists to ensure that everything we do is connected the platform strategies. Collaborate with your peers and stakeholders to evolve our thinking.
- Identify, vet, and manage relationships with key platforms, content creators and influencers to develop authentic, engaging partnerships that drive brand love, awareness and acquisition.
- Conduct regular trend analysis and competitive research to inform new creative concepts and maintain 2K Sports’ position at the forefront of social media best practices.
- Present creative strategies, content ideas, campaign performance results, and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to legal guidelines, licensing agreements, and platform community standards.
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in creative development, with a minimum of 3 years focused specifically on social media, content strategy within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven expertise in platform-native content creation across major social channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels/Stories, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter) and streaming platforms (Twitch, Discord, etc)
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-impact social media campaigns for a major brands or franchises.
- Deep understanding and passion for the sports and/or gaming landscape.
- Mastery of professional creative tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and proficiency with fast-turnaround social creative tools like CapCut, Canva, and Mojo.
- Strong leadership experience, including managing creative teams (internal or agency) and leading cross-functional project execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration
- skills, with the ability to articulate creative vision clearly to non-creative stakeholders and senior management.
- Data-driven creative mindset, capable of using performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) to iterate on and optimize content.
- You will be reporting to Senior Director, Global Creative – 2K Sports.

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $123,200 and $182,360 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for employees in regular roles may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, provided that temporary or intern roles will not be eligible for many of these payments or benefits. Details of participation in compensation and benefit plans (if applicable) will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.If hired, employee will be in an ~at-will position~ and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
