The Role:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play an essential role in providing support to the Talent Attraction team across the entire recruitment journey from job opening to pre-boarding.
This is a fixed-term position set to go until end of January 2026 with the possibility of extension. This position is based in Mexico City.
You Will:
Handle high volume interview coordination requests within Greenhouse (ATS)
Open and edit requisitions in Workday/Greenhouse per job set-up guidelines
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the entire interview and pre-boarding process
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on scheduling and pre-boarding status via phone and email
Support multi-country offer letter generation process
Support background check process including initiating new checks, monitoring progress and properly escalating issues
Support pre-boarding process including sending welcome letter, initiating background check, hiring candidate in Greenhouse, updating necessary trackers
Assist in projects that help scale the TA function
You Have:
2-4 years’ experience in a TA coordination or TA operations role
Must live in Mexico City
Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
Ability to multitask and learn processes quickly for more efficient and effective results
Ability to exercise excellent judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
Work independently as well as part of a team
Strong time-management and people skills
Excellent communication skills and proficiency and fluency in English is required
