Our client- a community lead Realtor Team in Burlington is looking for someone who has a passion and enthusiasm for real estate and a keen sense for communication, collaboration, team and the ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced, deadline driven work environment.
The executive assistant will work alongside our team of seasoned administrators who provide unparalleled support to our award-winning, nationally ranked Real Estate Sales Team. This key role is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the real estate cycle including providing highly responsive support to Clients and Team members.
Requirements
- Previous real estate administrative experience is required - must be very familiar with standard real estate forms
- A Real Estate licence is an asset
- Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast paced administrative role
- Excellent computer skills - experience with CRMs, GSuite, E-sign is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability managing client expectations
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and a vehicle

$60,000 - $65,000 a year
