Founded in 2011, we build, manage, operate, and maintain Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) production facilities. We convert dairy waste into carbon-negative hydrogen, renewable transportation fuel, and power. Our vertically-integrated approach uses our expertise in carbon-negative fuel development, operations, services, and marketing to provide complete solutions.

We address greenhouse gas emissions and work to improve air, land, and water quality. We partner with dairy farmers across the U.S. and supply fuel to various fleets. Our operations include developing and running on-farm dairy RNG projects, as well as sourcing and marketing RNG.

We received the first dairy waste-to-vehicle fuel pathway certified by California’s Air Resources Board (CARB), achieving a Carbon Intensity (CI) score of -254.94 gCO2e/MJ. We produce over 10 million gallons of RNG annually from six dairy fuel projects. Our carbon reductions are equivalent to taking 294,000 cars off the road for one year, and we have eliminated over 1,366,000 metric tons of carbon equivalent greenhouse emissions. We process waste from over 100,000 cows across 17 dairies.

Our mission is to accelerate the global transition to 100% renewable fuels by harvesting energy from waste materials. This means building, owning, and operating assets that produce 100% renewable, carbon-negative fuels and feedstocks from waste at farms, industrial facilities, and municipal waste facilities.
