We use AI to address avoidable denials and payment errors. Our AI products integrate into the claims flow, analyzing transactions to predict and prevent payment issues. Our main product, Smart Response, is an AI engine that includes Predict, Detect, and Recover apps. Smart Response gives providers real-time feedback, identifying claim errors to prevent denials before claims reach the payer.

A claim prediction engine powers Smart Response, forecasting claim line payments and denial reasons with over 99% precision. It decodes complex payer logic by detecting payment patterns across hundreds of millions of healthcare encounters and adapts to shifting rules. We embed this AI-powered payment intelligence into managed care decisions and revenue cycle workflows. This helps us pinpoint changes in payer behavior, assist with claims correction, and support contract negotiations.

An upcoming product, Instant Pay, will allow providers to receive immediate payment when they submit a claim.
