  • Pharmacy Services: We operate two nationally licensed, non-commercial mail-order pharmacies, licensed to dispense in all U.S. states and territories. These pharmacies provide fulfillment solutions and pharmacist services like patient counseling, education, prescription verification, and prescriber outreach. We maintain a 99.99% prescription accuracy rate, handling millions of prescriptions each year. Our services include cold chain solutions, barcode scanning technology, welcome kit fulfillment, reverse logistics, and pack-out strategies. Our NABP and ACHC-accredited pharmacies specialize in oncology, immunology, and ophthalmology.
  • Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs): Through our Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs), we help patients overcome financial barriers to medication by administering bridge, quick start, and product replacement programs. We have over 10 years of experience in PAPs, managing programs for 5 of the 10 largest pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Cash Pay and Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment: In collaboration with drug manufacturers, we offer prescription cash pay programs with direct-to-patient delivery. This service includes secure credit card processing and protects patient PHI.
  • Bridge/Quick Start: We process and dispense prescriptions for bridge and quick start programs, offering ongoing support to patients and healthcare providers after manufacturer approval.
  • Product Replacement: Our product replacement service streamlines the replacement of malfunctioning medical products like auto-injectors and inhalers. We coordinate with manufacturers for approval and ship replacements directly to patients, usually within two days. The process includes full traceability, structured reporting, and compliance.
  • Telehealth Fulfillment: Our mail-order pharmacy provides a flexible telehealth fulfillment solution, supporting real-time eRx intake, order tracking, and 24-48 hour delivery. We cater to virtual care providers, optimized for cash-pay services in specialties like dermatology and behavioral health.
  • Sampling Programs: We offer compliant sampling programs for pharmaceutical brands to distribute medication samples directly to providers or via hand-carry. These programs include real-time tracking, PDMA reporting, proof-of-receipt capture, and cold-chain capabilities, achieving a 99.99% accuracy rate.

We operate facilities in Sioux Falls, SD, and Louisville, KY. Our 2014 strategic partnership with UPS in Louisville established an end-of-runway pharmacy, allowing for extended hours and a 1 AM same-day cutoff time. We are a 100% US-focused company, and in 2021, we expanded into the medical device segment to improve access to DME products.
