We are looking for a hungry, energetic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary focus will be on accelerating our growth by identifying, pitching, and closing new customer accounts. You will be instrumental in turning prospects into clients, managing the full sales cycle, and driving revenue from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Generate New Business: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media (LinkedIn), and lead generation campaigns.

Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline, moving leads from initial contact to closed deals.

Client Pitching & Demos: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close agreements to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Research: Research potential prospects to understand their business needs and identify market gaps.

CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software and provide regular reports on progress and performance.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (CEOs, managers).

Requirements and Skills

Experience: 5+ years of proven success as a Sales Executive (startup experience is a plus) selling enterprise SaaS to the Customer Experience and/or Contact Center industry.

Sales Acumen: “Hunter” mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing deals.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation.

Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to hit ambitious sales targets.

The “Internal Champion” Factor: Knowledge of how to navigate complex organizations and empower an internal champion who speaks the company’s language to help position ASAPP effectively.

Relationship First Approach: You are not just a product seller. You prioritize open dialogue and listen with the intent to meet the customer where they are and guide them to where they need to be.

Resource Management: You know how to bring in the right resources at the right time, using the full force of the business to close a deal.

Technical Agility: The AI market moves at lightning speed; you have the ability to master technical product knowledge quickly to stay ahead of the curve.

$220,000 - $250,000 a year

Compensation is a split between salary and variable.
