Job Description
The Commercial Finance Solution team, part of the Solution Consulting & Sales Enablement division, plays a key role in driving financial insights and commercial decision-making across the organization. We support the full spectrum of financial performance management—from product and project analysis to evaluating sales opportunities and business units.
In your role you will collaborate closely with Commercial Finance specialists, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, and Operations. Together, you will: (i.) develop and enhance product offerings and pricing strategies; (ii.) assess investment and business opportunities; (iii.) optimize resource allocation; (iv.) contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring to support sustainable growth and profitability
You will be equipped with the tools, financial expertise, and strategic perspective needed to positively influence the company’s overall financial performance.

Your mission:
- Support the Go To -Sales / -Market product offering & pricing process
- Collaborating with various departments to provide financial insights and support
- Support Sales, Account and Bid Managers both in contract management and upselling review for existing Clients, according to Client project need.
- Collect and consolidated Client KPIs for internal data analysis
- Drive and maintain pricing strategy and harmonized offerings (multi-lens: value-based/cost+/..)
- Shaping the definition of standard pricing for all new/changed offering items
- Supporting group-wide efficiency and revenue enhancement projects
Qualifications
- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.

- Strong sense of ethics and integrity in financial management
- University degree in either / or: Business, Economic, Information Technology, Engineering, Science
You will get extra points for the following:
- Previous knowledge of Avaloq and / or commercial finance practices is a strong advantage point
- Previous experience in Information Technology, Consulting, Finance, Business, or Economic area
- Proficiency in: Power BI, SAP, SQL queries, MS Office365
- English is a must, German will constitute a plus, Italian / French is nice to have
