Job Description
To strengthen our team, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist. You’ll work with unique real estate data and help build the tools that thousands of users consult daily.
What are you going to do:
- Developing, training and maintaining predictive models for real estate prices and related applications
- Building and maintaining robust data pipelines and APIs in production
- You take ownership of projects from start to finish: from data cleaning to deployment.
- Help shape data policy and best practices within the team.
- Coaching and supporting less experienced team members.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience with machine learning and data engineering in production environments.
- Excellent knowledge of Python and data tools such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with MySQL or a similar relational database.
- Strong skills in data cleaning and feature engineering.
- Experience building APIs and data pipelines.
- Good knowledge of statistics and applied mathematics.
- You work independently, take initiative and have strong analytical skills.
- You communicate fluently and can explain complex ideas clearly.
Plus points
- Experience with AWS (such as ECS, S3, AWS Lambda, RDS, Opensearch, …)
- Affinity with real estate or economics and interest in real estate data
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field is a plus, but equivalent experience counts equally
