Shape the Future of Talent Development
As our Senior Talent Growth Partner, you will drive the design and evolution of enterprise-wide talent management frameworks that empower our people and support sustainable business growth. You will play a strategic role in shaping how talent is identified, developed, and mobilized across the organization.
Qualifications
Your Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Career Pathing frameworks aligned with organizational strategy
- Develop and standardize feedback processes and methodologies across the business
- Embed modern talent development tools and AI-enabled solutions into people practices
- Lead the design and execution of behavioral and talent assessment workflows to generate actionable insights
- Establish and govern Learning & Development frameworks and policies
- Build and optimize Internal Mobility frameworks and processes
- Create and manage High Potential identification and development programs
- Drive enterprise-wide Succession Planning strategies and frameworks
- Support and enable local and international stakeholders in executing talent management initiatives
- Own and continuously improve group-wide Talent Management programs and processes
- Leverage data, analytics, and insights to optimize talent strategies and workforce decisions
- Manage strategic talent projects end-to-end from concept through implementation and scaling
Your Profile
- Strategic, business-driven HR professional with a strong impact mindset
- Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or related field
- Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise talent management systems
- Deep expertise in behavioral assessment methodologies and talent diagnostics
- Strong analytical and storytelling capabilities with data-driven decision making experience
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools and digital HR technologies for process optimization
- Excellent project management skills with experience scaling global initiatives
- Ability to translate organizational principles and culture into practical talent frameworks
- Fluent in English and French or German
