Mission & Values

Our mission is to transform the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet, making business a force for good. We are committed to anti-racism and center justice in our work, actively learning about anti-Black racism and other forms of global oppression.

We stand against all forms of oppression, including transphobia, classism, sexism, homophobia, and xenophobia. We are committed to dismantling racist systems, policies, practices, and ideologies within our networks.

Our guiding principles are to be Inclusive, Sustainable, and Bold. We value diversity of identities, experiences, thoughts, needs, and approaches. We strive for action at a sustainable pace and challenge ourselves to remain agile, testing, iterating, and learning from failures to find new solutions.
