AWS Partnerships Program Manager – Global GTM Enablement (Financial Services)

Drive global AWS partnership execution and power Financial Services transformation through strategic GTM enablement.
The Role
Capco is seeking an AWS Partnerships Program Manager to operationalise and scale our global AWS partnership strategy. Sitting within our Global Partnerships & Alliances team, this role focuses on go-to-market (GTM) execution, co-sell enablement, partner operations, and performance tracking.
You will play a critical role in strengthening collaboration between Capco and AWS across regions, ensuring our Financial Services propositions are effectively enabled, governed, and translated into measurable pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
Execute and operationalise Capco’s global AWS partnership and GTM strategy across regions
Coordinate joint AWS co-sell motions, sales plays, campaigns, and client events
Enable sales and delivery teams with AWS-aligned playbooks, assets, and enablement materials
Track AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline, co-sell performance, and partner scorecards
Manage AWS funding, incentives, governance cadence, and quarterly business reviews
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years’ experience in AWS partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles
Hands-on exposure to the AWS Partner Network and AWS-aligned programmes
Experience working in consulting, technology, or digital transformation environments
Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to build effective stakeholder relationships in global, matrixed environments
Bonus Points For
Exposure to Financial Services clients or large-scale transformation programmes
Familiarity with AWS services relevant to Financial Services use cases (serverless, integration, data streaming, analytics, security, compliance)
Understanding of AWS co-sell tracking, pipeline reporting, and CRM systems
Experience supporting partnership governance and executive-level reporting
Experience managing partner funding programmes and incentive structures
