The role We’re hiring a growth marketing specialist to help build the engine behind Go Vocal’s next growth chapter. You’ll work across the full funnel — from running ABM campaigns that bring governments to our door, to building the automations and workflows that turn interest into pipeline. This is a hands-on, high-learning role. You’ll run demand gen alongside our paid agency, build AI-powered workflows that make the whole team faster, and own the systems that connect marketing to sales. You’ll touch: ads, webinars, lead magnets, CRM, reporting, and sales enablement — and you’ll have real ownership from day one.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Run ABM and demand gen campaigns — collaborate with our paid ads agency, launch and optimize ABM campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, and build conversion paths (landing pages, forms, lead magnets) that turn traffic into pipeline.

  • Build AI-powered workflows and automations — use tools like phantombuster, n8n, Clay and AI agents to automate enrichment, nurture sequences, reporting, and repetitive tasks across marketing and sales.

  • Own full-funnel reporting — implement tracking and attribution, build dashboards, and surface weekly insights on what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down.

  • Enable the sales team to close faster — deliver enriched account data, marketing assets, sequences, and battle cards. Make sure leads are scored, routed, and followed up on properly.

  • Run webinar operations — from setup and promotion to follow-up workflows and performance tracking.

  • Keep the growth stack running — maintain Salesforce data quality, ensure tools sync correctly, and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle workflows.

What we expect from you

  • 3–4 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience — you’ve built and shipped campaigns yourself. Bonus points for public sector or mission-driven orgs.

  • Comfortable with marketing tools and systems — Salesforce (or similar CRM), marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot…), and analytics. You don’t need to be an admin, but you can build a report, fix a workflow, and troubleshoot a sync.

  • AI and tools savvy — you use AI like a pro, to move faster, and you’re excited to build automations that scale what works.

  • Data-driven — you make decisions based on evidence, not vibes. You’re comfortable in dashboards, spreadsheets, and attribution models.

  • Good at working with agencies — you can brief, review, and push external partners for better results.

  • Generalist energy — you’re happy jumping between a campaign launch, a webinar setup, and a Salesforce report in the same day.

  • Collaborative — you’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and leadership. You care about the team winning.

  • Strong English communication — written and verbal. Other languages are always welcome!
