This is an exciting time to join Civica as we continue to grow and transform our HealthCare portfolio. As a PMO Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Program Manager and project teams, playing a meaningful role in delivering mission-critical IT programs that make a real difference.

What you will be a part of:
- A high-performing PMO supporting large-scale HealthCare transformation
- Active involvement in Steering Committee meetings, including preparation of pack reporting, governance updates, and change reporting
- Exposure to executive stakeholders and strategic program discussions
- A culture that values continuous improvement, learning, and best practice
- Meaningful work with real impact across the HealthCare portfolio
What you will bring:
- 2–5 years’ experience as a PMO Analyst in an IT or transformation environment
- Strong understanding of PMO governance, reporting, RAID, and change management
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
- Experience producing weekly and monthly reports, including financial and progress report reconciliations
- Time-sheet reconciliation experience and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with PMO tools such as MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and reporting tools
- Formal PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, PMO/PMBoK, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused mindset
