- Build and maintain dashboards and reports covering pipeline health, forecasting and performance within Sales & Marketing.
- Ensure revenue data is accurate, reliable and actionable.
Processes & Team Efficiency
- Support the design and documentation of cross-functional revenue workflows.
- Identify and implement improvements that reduce manual work and increase sales efficiency & execution.
- Strengthen operational consistency across Sales and Marketing.

- Deliver documentation, training and ongoing support to drive strong CRM and sales tool adoption.
- Support internal professional development and enablement initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to Sales and Marketing teams, acting as a subject-matter expert on revenue systems, data, and processes.
About You

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Gong, Aircall, Consensus and Gsuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand data and provide assistance with reports.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with confidence working cross-functionally.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes.
