About The Role
We are looking for a Mobile Infrastructure Team Lead to lead the architecture, development, and evolution of our mobile platform foundations.
This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and developer experience. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of our mobile infrastructure while leading a team of engineers and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the mobile infrastructure domain end-to-end (architecture, tooling, reliability), and drive technical standards and best practices across React Native and native (iOS/Android)
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile engineers, fostering high engineering standards, ownership, and a collaborative culture
- Design and build scalable mobile infrastructure to support development and deployment
- Lead implementations across key areas such as state management (MobX), geolocation, WebView, encryption, backend communication, and performance optimization
- Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines, driving automation of build, testing, and deployment processes to ensure fast and stable releases
- Partner with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps to align priorities and execution, and act as the main point of contact for mobile infrastructure across R&D
Experience & Skills
- 6+ years of mobile development experience (Swift and/or Kotlin)
- 2+ years of team leadership experience
- Hands-on experience with React Native
- Strong background in mobile architecture and infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD and release management
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and drive architectural decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience with Fastlane & Jenkins
- Familiarity with backend APIs (e.g., Python REST)
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
