The Job:

We are looking for … a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Operations Analystto support the daily operations of the Product organization.
This role helps ensure the Product team runs efficiently by coordinating meetings, maintaining operational systems, tracking progress across key initiatives, and keeping product information organized and up to date.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing, the Product Leadership team and other cross-functional teams to help drive execution of product initiatives and improve operational processes.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys organization, project coordination, data tracking, and operational problem solving.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Product Team Operations
- Coordinate product team meetings including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-ups
- Facilitate prep for product team meetings such as roadmap reviews, product release reviews, and product planning sessions
- Send reminders and ensure follow-up actions are tracked and completed
- Help maintain documentation, templates, and operational processes used by the Product team
Product Program & Project Tracking
- Maintain project tracking tools including Asana, Jira Product Discovery, and other applicable internal dashboards
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and status updates across product initiatives
- Prepare program status updates for product leadership
- Surface blockers or decisions required to keep initiatives moving forward
- Ensure tasks and milestones remain updated and accurate across product systems
- Assist with beta program coordination and feedback tracking
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain the Product team’s Confluence workspace
- Organize documentation including product plans, release notes, and internal enablement materials
- Maintain standardized templates for product processes
- Ensure product information stays current and easy for other teams to access
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate collaboration between Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support
- Help schedule and organize cross-team working sessions
- Track follow-ups and deliverables across departments
- Ensure stakeholders stay informed on key updates and timelines
Who You Are:
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administrative support, project coordination, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent written English skills, including note-taking, documentation, and clear communication
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify gaps and follow up on action items
