- Designing migration mappings and transformation rules from source to target systems.
- Collaborating with technical teams to implement transformation and validation rules using ETL/conversion scripts.
- Defining validation strategies, performing reconciliation checks, and supporting test migrations.
- Engaging customers to explain findings, guide remediation activities, and prioritise fixes.
- Producing migration reports and dashboards to track data quality and project readiness.
- Supporting cutover activities, running final reconciliations, and handing over documentation to operational teams.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of conversion methodologies, standards, and templates.
We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders’ changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
