π Your role as Learning Lead, Tech & Product
Working in concert with a diverse group of stakeholders (Tech & Product leadership team, HRBPs, Global People Development & Culture teamβ¦) you’ll define and deploy an ambitious learning roadmap that unlock Doctolibersβ performance and expertise, leading to business impact. You will ensure that Tech & Product teams have the most ambitious initial and continuous training programs in Europe, leveraging high standards content, internal experts and external providers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic ownership: Build our learning advantage
- Define and own a learning strategy that accelerates team performance and business OKRs.
- Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps, translate them into a compelling learning roadmap fitting our fast-paced rhythm and secure executive alignment
- Demonstrate business acumen and strategic thinking to allocate resources to maximize impact, earn trust across the organization and drive adoption of learning initiatives.
Excellence in execution: design learning that sticks
- Own end-to-end program excellence: conduct needs analysis, design and facilitate training experiences, ensure delivery quality and drive continuous improvement through data-backed insights.
- Establish and track learning outcomes and business impact metrics (bug reduction, incident rates, technical velocity) to demonstrate clear ROI.
Onboarding at scale: set up winners from day one
- Continuously evolve a world-class onboarding experience that sets up our new joiners for immediate impact.
- Measure success by ramp-time, knowledge retention, and long-term retention rates.
Expertise activation: turn knowledge into competitive advantage
- Reinforce and leverage a community of internal experts to foster a culture where continuous learning and knowledge-sharing are competitive advantages.
- Nurture clear pathways for expertise-sharing and efficient processes to transform expert knowledge into scalable learning.
Who you are

- You have 8 to 10 years of experience starting, leading and owning initiatives end-to-end within your current organization
- You have a first successful and significant experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record
- You have excellent understanding of product management concepts and life cycle and / or of tech principles
- You have outstanding program management skills with a structured approach and are comfortable working at speed to tight deadlines
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with subject matter experts and C-level executives as well as with technical and non-technical audiences
Now it would be fantastic if you:
- Have a former experience in a Tech or Product role (e.g., Product Manager, Software Engineer)
- And / Or Have a former experience as an L&D professional, or as a project manager in fast-paced environments
