In Operations, we ensure everything runs with excellence, security, and according to the right processes. We focus on efficiency and quality, making sure every step of our solution happens smoothly, accurately, and reliably.
Your day-to-day impact:
- Managing and prioritizing daily merchant requests, including complex settlement inquiries, payment confirmations, and detailed reporting;
- Monitoring and interpreting KPIs such as payment approval rate, chargeback rate, refund rate, and transaction performance trends;
- Performing deeper analytical studies to identify process improvement opportunities and root causes of operational issues;
- Leading meetings with merchants to present performance insights, propose strategic solutions, and align on action plans;
- Collaborating proactively with cross-functional teams and other departments to ensure continuous process optimization and issue resolution.
Must-haves to shine in this role:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate them into actionable insights;
- Advanced English (you will interact with international merchants through texts, calls, and presentations);
- Data-driven mindset with proven problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders;
- Strong organization and ownership over deliverables;
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with SQL and complex queries for data extraction and analysis;
- Previous experience in the payments or financial services industry;
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (experience with automation or data visualization tools is a plus);
- Previous experience in the payments industry.
