We are the Digital and Consumer Experiences arm of Coca-Cola in Europe, extending to Africa and Middle East, and we run like a semi-independent start-up fully integrated in the Coca-Cola family to remain agile, creative and fast paced.
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition and Operations Coordinator (2⁄3 years exp min), with Recruitment experience in Digital Marketing roles, who is keen to develop into other areas as well (HR, business Operations), and who will help us to drive our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem, as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are a highly collaborative and agile People and Operations team with a start-up approach to HR and Business ops.
Ideally, you have recruited professionals across Europe and Africa, and you want to diversify and learn more about People and Business Operations, getting involved in HR Processes, Payroll, Talent management, Wellness programs, D&I, Learning & Development, Financial Forecasting….
✨ What you’ll be involved in ?
Talent acquisition:
Managing briefs/relationships with managers
Advertising the job ads on LinkedIn and global portals
Screening candidates in Digital marketing (Mostly managing direct applications, first HR Call screening)
Managing our ATS
Offer management
There will be some recruitment of digital Marketing roles in Africa and across Central Eastern Europe
Operations:
Managing relationships with providers, invoicing and PnL updates
Managing Onboarding with IT team and Local international Payroll providers
Managing contract signing process internally and externally
Support with Events preparation and design
Provide Monthly financial numbers internally
Manage Teams expenses
HR Operations:
Managing staff queries and managing the relationship with 3rd party HR and Payroll providers across Europe
Managing contracts, offers, onboarding and offboarding
Employee engagement with regular off sites and engagement activations
Performance Management: roll out of Performance cycles and reporting, making sure the process is clean and timelines are respected
Managing the HRIS (HiBob), completing changes request and training joiners and managers
On boarding process for all new joiners
Support Employee relations, managing issues when arising, grievances, performance or misconduct issues, dismissals
Coaching and guiding line management in the provision of credible and commercial solutions for people related organisational matters
General HR Admin and payroll communication
Talent Management:
Identify and roll out a Well-being program and initiatives
Learning & People Development: roll out of training and talent initiatives
Monitoring and reporting of HR KPIs
Develop Succession Planning Programs
Support Design sprints to develop a unique Employee experience (we plan to refresh our EVP !)

Hybrid role with 2 days in the offices in Canary Wharf (London)
Contract: Fixed Term contract (6 months)
Salary 26,000 to 28,000 GBP
Ideal start date: February or March 2026
Ideally you speak English and ideally another European language (Dutch, French, German, Greek, Romanian, Italian)
