Role type: Full-time, fully remote (Mexico)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Salary Range: $1,600–$2,200 USD per month
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure smooth internal coordination across teams. This role is central to maintaining administrative efficiency, supporting staff needs, and managing core office systems and processes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, people-focused, and comfortable handling both administrative and light HR-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Operations
- Answer and manage the company’s main office phone line (Vonage), including directing and transferring calls appropriately
- Maintain and manage company software platforms and user access
- Oversee IT coordination, including onboarding setup, troubleshooting support, and vendor communication
- Maintain and organize corporate document management systems
- Manage and maintain the company’s annual calendar (events, key dates, holidays, deadlines)
- Ensure office systems and processes run efficiently
HR & Staff Support
- Coordinate and support employee onboarding processes (documentation, system access, welcome coordination)
- Manage and distribute staff updates and internal communications
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Support planning and coordination of staff meetings
- Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
Culture & Engagement
Organize employee celebrations, milestones, and company events
Support internal culture initiatives and team engagement efforts
2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
Experience managing company software systems and administrative platforms
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
Experience with VoIP systems (Vonage preferred) is a plus
Basic knowledge of HR processes is preferred

Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
