We’re looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator to promote digitally the company in Greece and in particular the Merchant Services business line achieving the company’s business goals.

How You ’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the company’s digital assets (website, social media) across selected markets/products and overview the direct marketing campaigns (Viber, email).
- Create engaging and informative content to support digital campaigns (Payment market trends, New product/market launches, Company developments).
- Design and drive digital marketing campaigns to (a) increase brand awareness for our products and services across key audiences - banks, merchants, and end consumers (b) generate leads and maximise conversion of leads to contracts and © promote the company’s values through digital channels.
- Coordinate and manage external agencies supporting our digital marketing strategy.
- Monitor and manage the company’s digital footprint across multiple channels, as well as search engines, social media channels, forums, blogs and ratings.
- Report digital marketing results and adjust content/strategy to increase effectiveness.
- Partnership marketing leading joint campaigns with our strategic bank partners and collaborate with software and independent partners to deliver impactful initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with focus on digital marketing, any Masters will be considered a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing (social media/marketing communication).
- Content and copywriting capability as well as experience with social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Experience using digital tools e.g., Hootsuite (or alternatives) and knowledge of WordPress is desirable.
- Strong reporting skills.
- Fluency in English both verbal and written is a must, any additional language will be considered a plus.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
- Eligible to work in the EU, without the need of a visa sponsorship.
- Knowledge of AI tools and applications in digital marketing will be considered a plus.
