An exciting opportunity awaits you as Internal Communications Business Partner in our Communication and Diversity and Inclusion team. As Internal Communications Business Partner you will be sponsible for shaping and delivering communication strategies that engage our colleagues, align them with our business objectives, and drive understanding, connection, and commitment to Eurostar’s vision and strategy.
This 12 month fixed-term contract position is based in our London Kings Cross office with hybrid working (expectation to attend the office 3 days per week). This role may also have an on-call component.

We’re looking for someone to:
- Partner with departments to provide strategic advice on messaging, tone, and communication approaches that drive measurable impact.
- Develop and implement internal communications strategies aligned with business goals and priorities.
- Translate complex business information into clear, engaging content tailored to diverse internal audiences.
- Create and deliver a range of digital and print content, as well as support in-person and virtual events.
- Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve.
- Champion our Bold, Honest, and Caring behaviours and support diversity and inclusion through internal communications.
- Own and manage specific internal communication channels and related processes, including admin tasks like purchase orders and distribution lists.
- Support or deputise for the Head of Internal Communications when needed.
You’ll need…
- 5–7 years’ experience in internal communications roles.
- Fluency in English and either French or Dutch, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience working with operational businesses such as Transport, Rail, Utilities, FMG or similar.
- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, with a knack for simplifying complex messages.
- A proven track record of delivering impactful communications and managing multiple projects.
- Familiarity with video and digital content production to support engaging communication strategies.
- Experience working across multiple countries / geographies is highly desirable.
