We’re building a category-defining legal tech company, and talent is at the heart of it. As a Sourcer, you’ll play a critical role in scaling our Engineering, Product, Design and Business teams by uncovering and engaging exceptional talent. You’ll focus on top-of-funnel strategy and execution, driving proactive outreach and delivering a strong pipeline of candidates to our Talent Partners and hiring teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team goals.

  • Own sourcing strategy and execution for technical and non-technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, GTM).

  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates using advanced search techniques and tools.

  • Proactively identify market trends, talent pools, and competitive intel to inform search strategies.

  • Represent the EvenUp brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in all candidate interactions.

  • Track pipeline data, outreach metrics, and sourcing performance to drive continuous improvement.

What We Look For:

  • Proven success sourcing for technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup experience a plus)

  • Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Github, Boolean/X-ray search)

  • Strong research skills and a data-informed mindset

  • Ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment

  • Collaborative spirit with strong communication skills

  • A bias for action, ownership, and delivering results
