Job Description
The AI Dev Engineer develops and improving Agentic AI solutions deployed across Experian’s ecosystem. You will ensure that AI agents (i.e. CrewAI), GenAI workflows, and RPA/automation components operate reliably at scale, meeting performance, quality, and compliance expectations.
Development and Testing
- Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and services for real‑world applications.
- Build data pipelines, integrate APIs, and implement MLOps practices for smooth production workflows.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to provide end‑to‑end AI solutions.
Operational Support & Troubleshooting
- Monitor the performance, reliability, and behavior of Agentic AI solutions across production and non-production environments.
- Resolve incidents involving LLM outputs, agent flows, RPA steps, API integrations, or orchestration failures.
- Support incident response, root cause analysis, and documentation of corrective actions.
- Provide frontline technical support to business teams and internal users of AI-driven workflows.
Maintenance, Optimization, & Continuous Improvement
- Review logs, telemetry, and metrics to identify issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Recommend improvements to prompts, context structures, workflow orchestration, and automation logic.
- Maintain documentation on operational guides, troubleshooting guides, and system behavior expectations.
Deployment & Release Support
- Support deployments of new AI agents, MCP tool definitions, updates to prompts, and workflow changes.
- Participate in regression testing and environmental validation to ensure continuity across teams.
- Contribute to automated testing and runbooks for sustainable operations.
Collaboration & Partner Interaction
- Work with AI Engineers, RPA teams, Operational Excellence, Product Owners, and Security to ensure end-to-end solution stability.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure operational needs and system reliability are represented.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) Support
- Understand and maintain basic MCP tool definitions used in agent workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues involving MCP-based interactions such as schema mismatches or context failures.
- You will report to a Senior Manager
- We require you to WFO 2 days a week, as they implement Hybrid working from Hyderabad.
Qualifications
B E/ BTECH
ME/MTECH/MCA
We require you to have 3 to 6 or more years of experience in technical support, DevOps, automation support, software maintenance, or similar operational roles.
You need to have familiarity with AI, LLM-based systems, or automation workflows (RPA, APIs, event-driven logic).
Working knowledge of Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages for diagnostics and automation.
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and common troubleshooting techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting LLM/GenAI applications or automation platforms (CrewAI, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Airflow, LangChain).
- Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with observability practices (metrics, tracing, logs, alerts).
- Experience operating within Agile delivery teams and applying Agile practices in support and maintenance workflows.
