Job Description

Experian Marketing Service’s mission is to accelerate client success through ensuring ecosystems, partnerships, and marketing technology solutions. We help brands put people at the heart of their business and have meaningful interactions with their customers.

As a Client Technical Support Senior, you will work within groups, consulting with our clients to accomplish their project goals, configure the parameters and schedule the services needed to build the processing to the client. You will report to Client Services Manager.

What you’ll do

  • In cooperation with local and remote Experian team members, works to provide ongoing data analysis, manage projects, and ensure that client orders are processed punctually per technical specifications.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting and process execution.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements for projects.
  • Interpret project specifications and use the most effective approach to produce the.
  • Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps.
  • Enter or alter program logic to start production process or equivalent actions dependent on computing environment used.
  • Provide technical support including testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and implementing necessary program changes, or additions.
  • Monitor accuracy and completeness of all assigned projects.
  • Communicate status with team members and end-users within client expectations.

Qualifications

What your background is

  • 2+ years experience in a technical processing environment. Technical Bachelor’s degree in progress or complete.
  • Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills within open systems environments.
  • SQL and Alteryx skills.
  • Amazon Web Services (Athena and S3) and Visual Studio skills.
  • PC skills in MS Office
  • Advanced English
  • Basic project management skills

Additional Information

This is a permanent remote home-based role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
