Job Description
What you will do:
- Design and develop a variety of solutions in C#/.Net, with some Python/Powershell in the mix.
- Take ownership of all aspects to create products matching completely customers requirements.
- Explore and apply modern technologies and development practices.
- Demonstrate quality of work through testability of code, automation improvements and usability.
- Collaborate on creating and refining product backlog items (user stories) to support backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Contribute to the continued evolution of a cross-functional team in which all team members collaboratively deliver the highest priority enhancements.
- Work with other team members to prepare and deliver feature demos, share progress and outcomes with stakeholders.
- Contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business.
Qualifications
What you will bring?
- 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with C# and .NET
- University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technologies, Mathematics or relevant.
- Flexible and adaptable to learn and understand new technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
Desirable:
- Experience with Elasticsearch.
- Exposure to DevOps concepts, practices, and tools.
- Knowledge and appreciation of Agile development methodologies and techniques.
- Experience with testing techniques, automated testing, and the value of a test-first approach to deliver a high-quality solution that meets client needs.
