Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Consumer Data Operations Analyst to provide hands‑on analytical leadership across our Consumer Data Operations team in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Manager, Consumer Data Operations, you will combine deep technical investigation with mentoring and operational leadership, acting as a trusted 2IC.
What you’ll do:
- Lead investigation and resolution of complex consumer data issues end to end.
- Monitor and improve inbound and outbound dataflows, data quality, and Service level agreements.
- Provide senior input to governance, audit, and regulatory activities.
- Mentor analysts and provide leadership cover when required.
- Partner with Technology and Data teams to improve processes and controls.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in data operations or analytics.
- Problem‑solving experience with large‑scale data and dataflows.
- Hands‑on SQL and XML experience.
- Clear communication skills and experience supporting or mentoring others.
Experience in regulated data environments or credit reporting is helpful, but not required.
