Job Description
You will own and manage the UK&I Service Portfolio, which defines and maintains a controlled list of all current, future, and retired Products and Services, both customer-facing and internal. You will be reporting to the ITSM Modular Platform Lead.
What you’ll do:
- Manage the Portfolio of IT Services through their service lifecycle, ensuring all portfolio records reflect Service Details and their performance.
- Define, produce, and maintain a Service Portfolio to detail technical and business services (products) integrated with the Configuration Management Database to provide a view of their underlying technology
- Referencing our primary data sources; ServiceNow, Salesforce and Oracle DRM, provide a Portfolio of services to our stakeholders that is; accurate, accessible, holistic and a single source of truth for the Products, Solutions and Services provided to UK&I customers and Experian staff across all UK&I business units (including Experian internal technical services)
- Support SLA, OLA, and Under-pinning Contract (UC) development, negotiations, and baselining
- Ensure Service Portfolio related issues are identified, investigated, and resolved
- Working with peer groups ensure data is accurate and consistent across all record types.
- Create, read and edit and portfolio records of all types, including portfolios, taxonomy levels and nodes, services, service offerings, relationships, and performance criteria for the entire business
- Working within the team and the wider ITSM community; identify, contribute and drive Continuous Service Improvements. Take ownership and show leadership in solving issues head-on.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in roles within IT Service Management
- 5 Years Experience working within an ITIL Framework, especially Service Operations
- Experience creating and updating monthly service performance reports
- Experience analysing data and presenting results through PowerPoint Presentations
- Experience of working across multiple teams
- Experience of owning and contributing towards Service Improvement Plans
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical teams and all band levels.
We consider as an advantage:
- Previous role as an IT service Manager
- Proficient in PowerBI
- Understanding of data modelling and working with large data models
- ITIL V4 Foundation
