About the role:
As our Talent Partner, you won’t just be filling seats—you will be the architect of our exceptional team. Reporting to the VP of People Success, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of how we find, grow, and retain top-tier talent. You’ll bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, ensuring our leadership has the tools and the people they need to win.
What you’ll be doing:
- Recruitment Excellence & Strategy: You’ll define what “great” looks like. From optimizing our recruitment tech stack to refining our interview process, you will lead the charge in making our hiring engine world-class.
- High-Impact Full-Cycle Recruiting: You’ll personally lead the search for our most critical, senior, or “hard-to-fill” roles, acting as a true consultant to the business.
- Talent Reviews & Succession: Partnering with the Senior HR Manager you will contribute to the Talent Review process, identifying high-potential employees and ensuring we have a robust internal pipeline for future leadership.
- Compensation Strategy: You’ll own compensation benchmarking and design data-driven salary structures that keep us competitive while ensuring internal equity.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: You will directly manage the Talent Specialist, providing clear direction, removing roadblocks, and coaching them on their professional development. You are responsible for the overall output of the talent function.
- Manager Enablement: You’ll be the go-to mentor for hiring managers, teaching them how to interview for culture add, mitigate bias, and make confident, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Project Leadership: We have a lot of ambitious plans that you can help us lead or contribute to - from introducing pre-employment testing to compensation structures to automation, there are a lot of exciting things on the roadmap.
- Talent Analytics & Insights: You will own the narrative of our talent data. You’ll track and analyze key metrics (e.g., quality of hire, time-to-fill, attrition trends, etc.) to provide the leadership team with actionable insights that influence our headcount planning and retention strategies.
Who you are:
A Strategic Thinker: You look beyond the “open headcount” and understand how a single hire impacts the company’s 3-year roadmap.
Data-Informed: You’re comfortable with compensation modeling and using talent analytics to tell a story.
An Expert Communicator: You can navigate difficult conversations with senior stakeholders and provide constructive feedback to executives.
A Builder: You don’t just follow a process; you enjoy creating them from scratch.
You have 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a Talent Management role, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
You’ve successfully closed executive or highly technical roles and know how to source “passive” talent.
You have 2+ years of experience directly managing or leading others within a People or Talent function. You know how to set KPIs, deliver constructive feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.
You are comfortable working with market data (e.g., Radford, Pave, or Mercer) and have experience building or maintaining salary bands and equity structures.
You have a deep understanding of ATS platforms and HRIS systems, and you know how to leverage them to create a seamless candidate experience.
You are excited by what the world of AI can offer us and have already used your best judgement to implement some AI driven solutions in smart ways.
You have experience building and rolling out new people programs—like a new interview rubric or a leadership development workshop—and getting buy-in from busy managers.
You can navigate “the grey area” of people decisions with discretion, objectivity, and a focus on what’s best for the long-term health of the team.

- Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
