Solve the Problems That Matter Most
As an Account Executive, you will be a revenue driver at the core of FinQuery’s growth. You will own full-cycle sales execution within your territory, driving net-new revenue by engaging senior finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, and VPs of Finance) and translating complex financial operations into clear, value-driven software solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Drive Full-Cycle Pipeline: Own and execute revenue-generating opportunities from initial discovery through deal closure and contract negotiation.
Engage the Office of the CFO: Establish credibility with Controllers and CFOs, running high-impact discovery sessions to uncover financial risks and operational inefficiencies.
Deliver Value-Based Demonstrations: Partner with Solutions Consultants to deliver tailored, value-centric solution demonstrations that showcase clear business ROI.
Collaborate Across GTM: Work hand-in-hand with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Marketing to expand strategic account penetration.
Sales Rigor & Forecasting: Utilize structured sales methodologies to accurately forecast monthly/quarterly revenue and manage dynamic deal pipelines.
The Expertise You’ll Bring:
Direct AE Experience: 3 to 5+ years of successful quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience required.
Value-Centric Selling: Demonstrated mastery in value-centric solution selling, focused on ROI and business outcome framing.
Domain Preference: Experience selling SaaS solutions to the Office of the CFO, accounting departments, or finance function is highly preferred.
Sales Methodology: Past training in methodologies like Force Management Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or Challenger Sale is a strong plus.
Business & Financial Acumen: Ability to speak fluently about corporate accounting challenges, software integrations, and financial workflows.
Resourcefulness & Drive: High agency, collaborative attitude, and a proven history of hitting or exceeding ARR targets.
$115,000 - $140,000 a year
The base pay range for this position is 115,000-140,000, plus commensurate variable compensation. Please note: The final base pay for this position will be determined in FinQuery’s sole discretion consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant’s skills, qualifications for the role, job-related knowledge, work experience, and FinQuery’s business and other operational considerations.
