Founded in 2020, we offer culturally competent mental health and addiction care for adults. We provide medication management, crisis support, and care coordination.

We focus on BIPOC and historically underserved communities facing severe mental illness and addiction. We also serve millennials, teens, minority men, and minority male athletes. Our services include psychopharmacology, psychotherapy, chemical dependency treatment, talk therapy, wellness support, life transitions counseling, and burnout management. We also offer specialized treatments like Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Addiction Medication Assisted Treatment.

We operate in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Virtual appointments are often available within 48 hours, and we offer Citas en español (appointments in Spanish). We accept major insurance providers including Optum, United Healthcare, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, New York State FFS Medicaid, New York Medicare, Oscar, Oxford, UMR, Harvard Pilgrim, and WellFleet (certain plans). We also collaborate with primary care doctors, hospitals, and universities.

We treat a wide range of conditions, such as anxiety, opioid use disorder, ADHD, depression, alcohol use disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), elevated suicide risk, insomnia, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, postpartum depression, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and schizophrenia.

We are dedicated to providing culturally competent mental health and addiction care. Our mission is to promote health equity and increase access to behavioral health and addiction care, especially for underserved communities. We believe psychiatric care should be affordable and accessible to everyone.

A core value is to challenge the stigma around mental health care. We do this by creating an inclusive space where every story is valued, and by offering holistic, personalized care to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

We are a clinician-led startup with 11-50 employees. Our team fosters a collaborative, tech-driven, and mission-focused culture centered on health equity.

Our clinical team is young, culturally diverse, and includes ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioners and collaborating psychiatrists who offer clinical support and mentorship. We emphasize continuous learning through case conferences and culturally competent care, supported by AI-assisted tools and a clinical content library.

We promote professional growth, provide leadership exposure with senior staff, and value provider engagement and retention. Some roles are fully remote, while others are hybrid with in-office days in Midtown Manhattan or Grand Central.
